About Me
I decided that I wanted to become a psychologist after witnessing the healing power of human connection as a Spanish interpreter at Rhode Island Free Clinic during my undergraduate years at Brown University. I began my doctoral studies at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University immediately upon graduating Brown and trained in settings including university counseling centers, VA medical centers, community clinics, and hospitals. Additionally, I completed a geropsychology minor and received an award for my research and clinical work with older adults.
I completed my pre-doctoral internship at White River Junction VA Medical Center and achieved certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy, one of the most effective treatments for PTSD. After graduating with my doctorate in clinical psychology, I worked at Dartmouth’s student counseling center before launching my private practice.
